1st and 2nd Grade Art

The classes accomplished so much on their zentangle name designs this week. They displayed greater strength in independently deciphering the patterns and gained better control of their designs. We will finish the project this week and display the final art in the school to view. Many students commented that they practiced zentangle patterns and have noticed interesting repeated patterns everywhere they look! I am glad they have a heightened awareness of patterns through this project.
